i'm so sore!!

I have been working out.....and hard too!

still at a platue!

I ran/brisked walked a mile in 14:30 min!

then after that I walked another 1/2 mile. My best friend is being a great personal trainer. She was a basketball player, and has some great exercises. OMG:eek: I am so sore. I have muscles that I didn't know I had.

So, heres to hoping this week I break down that wall!

I really want to hit 25lbs soon!! and then some
