I have to let yall know I am at 250 now. My post op was 276 . I have struggled with eating correct as I have had 2cc in a 4cc band and as far as I can tell can still eat to much. I stay full a lot longer and can eat a lot less though. I have my exercise game on. Doing 45 min cardio or fast 5 mile walks through the week with 3 weight training sessions. I'm melting like Parkay in Miami!!

This keeps me motivated in the highest. I enjoy all of your company which has helped a great deal.. :o

Congrats on the excellent weight loss! And your exercise program puts me to shame, that's for sure! Keep up the excellent work!

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
