kandyk115 0 Posted January 17, 2009 Nan, I take one type of daily Vitamin (multi) everday and it is perfect for me. My doctor said that a multi is fine unless I develope and losses in levels like Iron, etc. I use these, maybe this will help. https://www.focus28wellness.com/food-and-diet-products/product.php?productid=71&cat=16&page=1 Good Luck!!! -kandyk
jcole 1 Posted January 19, 2009 I take a Multivitamin that's in the PDA (the only Multivitamin in the PDA) This is a Multivitamin that gives you all the amounts you need at 100% of the actual Vitamin. As in over the counter Vitamins you only get 10% of the actual Vitamin. You can cut or crush these pills. Here is a link to the Multivitamin 100Pak Health Pak and what it contains. http://products.usana.com/bin/en_us_healthpak.pdf Also visit http://www.usana.com for more info and more products. If interested in ordering, please respond to this thread and i will assist you! Thank, Julie
