crazycatlady 0 Posted January 6, 2009 (edited) Monday: 75 min. back/biceps I'm trying to work on pull-ups & was unable to do even 1/2 of one! So I'm doing the machine assist for a while. What a whimp. No cardio, felt too tired & weak. Might have been that I wanted to watch The Bachelor & eat carbs. I'm doing a 2 days on 1 off schedule but will try to make it today for the cardio I missed yesterday. My problem this week so far is that we switched to a new start time of 0700 @ work and that translates to me getting up at 0330 or so to come in to do cardio. By about this time, I'm dragging arse to make it through to the end. It's going to take a couple weeks before I get into this flow.
