*slim* 2 Posted January 1, 2009 I had that problem the first few weeks after banding. It has gotten completely better. It just takes time. I am not sure exactly what it is that causes that feeling, but I slept on my side with a pillow under me for the first few weeks. I hope that you feel better soon. kgloverii 0 Posted January 1, 2009 Does anyone one have trouble lying on your back?i was banded on 12-18, and when i am on my back it feels like i am choking. I have reflux occasionally when sleeping... I have heard of people using a wedge pillow. DH bought us a sleep Number Precision comfort bed with the incline feature that has been a Godsend. Try the wedge and see how you do...
TQUAD64 9 Posted January 1, 2009 Not me. Once my head hits that pillow I am out. A marching band could walk by and I would not hear it. I lay on my port side and have no pain or issues.
