Beth - Congratulations on getting a date for your seminar.

I had my surgery almost 17 months ago and it was the best thing I ever did for myself. Let me know if you have any questions. I'll be glad to try to answer anything I can.

It looks like we are both southern girls - I live near Dallas. I have two yorkies: a 7-year old boy named Buddy and a 3-year old girl named Prissy.
