Loulou_k72 0 Posted December 28, 2008 Hi all, I was banded in September and doing fine so far but i did not start any exercise program, and i have not exercised in more than 10 years . anyway, Curves openned newly in Amman ( Jordan , where i live) and are promoting their 30 min workout , anyone tried that ? what do u think of it ? was it useful in toning ? any comment is highly appreciated thanks Lina Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Teachlady 3 Posted December 29, 2008 Curves is an excellent exercise program. I highly recommend it. You can start out easy and increase the intensity and number of circuits you do.
