??? Plateauing ???

It has been a looooong time since I've posted. I don't know many of you on here but I was helping that somebody could help me. I have been plateuing for about 2-3 months!!! How can I break this....I was banded 8/07 and would like to lose about 15-20 pounds more.....Please help?!?!??? :thumbup:

Sometimes it helps to mix things up. Change your exercise routine or change your calorie intake. You could try a new activity, increase the amount of exercise you are doing, or push harder in your exercise. You could cut back on calories one or two days a week, but keep up the protein!

Our bodies get used to what we do on a daily basis and if you shake it up a couple times of weeks it can get things moving again.
