I recently discovered the app for Protein and it syncs with the website! It also lets you track exercise and weight.

Plus its a free app! I love my phone!

Anyone else know of any helpful applications?

Wow that's neat! I have a Palm Pilot I will have to see if there is an app for that. I am guessing now though :thumbup:

I wish thedailyplate.com would make it for us blackberry users also. I could never switch to another type of phone.
