Shinyhappymommy 2 Posted December 21, 2008 (edited) Well, my own sort-of celebration is that I wore a special dress to church today. It was the dress my mother wore to my wedding twelve years ago. She died not quite two years later. I never even considered that it might fit me someday and yesterday I tried it on and it did fit. So I felt beautiful at church in my mom's dress. I'll post a pic later. Thanks for all your support. You guys are awesome. Edited December 21, 2008 by Shinyhappymommy Adding photo.

MONEL 0 Posted December 21, 2008 Congrats!!! Hitting the 100 lb mark is huge!!! I celebrated by going to a boutique that sold Bobbie Brown make-up. The sales lady gave me a make-over. When she was finished she wrote everything down and told me I could come back as I could AFFORD it and buy a little at a time. I told her she didn't understand I had just lost 100 lbs and I would take one of each. You should have seen her petite little face!!!

Shinyhappymommy 2 Posted February 6, 2009 Just wanted to update you all that two days shy of my 1 year mark I weighed 199 this morning! My goal was to be here by my bandiversary on Sunday and I can hardly believe I made it! That 203 stuck around for a very long time, so I had almost given up hope of making this specific goal. I also just got a fill, so that helped. Here's to reaching my goal in year 2!
