Starving vs. Gas

I got banded 2 days ago and Im on Clear liquids still. The problem I'm facing though is trying to figure out whether I'm ungry or just gassy?!

Im so confused and VERY uncomfortable, how can I tell the difference?

Just to walk around to get the gas out and drink my liquid when I'm hungry.

The walking is helpful but I think Im full... so its hard to get in all my liquids

I was wondering the same thing. I keep thinking I am hungry, my stomach is loud, but then it passes, so I think its gas

Im in the same boat. Normally I would eat with the way my stomach feels right now but Im not sure if Im hungry or if something else is going on.
