Carolina Mom 0 Posted December 30, 2008 For all the people that are getting banded soon!!!!! Good Luck!!!1 Make ice cubes using a Protein drink. If drink has 20 grams of Protein and tray make 10 cubes, then each ice cube has 2 grams of protein. banana shake Crush 3 protein ice cubes in blender. Add 6 oz. of low fat milk. Add 1/2 ripe banana. Add high Protein powder and blend. :thumbup:Cinnamon smoothie Crush 3 protein ice cubes in blender. Add 6 oz. of low fat milk abd 1/4 tsp. cinnamon. Add high Protein Powder and blend. Ice Cream shake Crush 3 protein ice cubes in blender. Add 6 oz of low fat milk and 1/2 cup fat free sugar free ice cream or frozen yogurt. wintobethin 5 Posted December 31, 2008 My surgery date is January 16th, will start my pre-op diet of 2 slim fast and 1 Healthy Choice Meal a day. This will be for a week, then 2 weeks of liquids.
