Txdani are you still drinking your Protein Shakes? Protein helps with your bloodsugar and will keep your energy up. If you can eat a cheesestick during work but chew chew chew.

I had a Protein shake today from smoothie King. I just cant seem to drink the slimfast shakes anymore, they are almost too sweet. Do you have any good suggestions on any shake ideas?

What a difference a day makes!!! I felt so much better today and one reason I think is because I actually got some creamed Soup and a shake down. I think my body was hungry. Yesterday was such an awful day at work. I came home and cried and thought what have I done, but today was much better. I think I am not really sure what quanity of Protein Shakes, Soups etc. I am susposed to eat. Any input would be helpful

I'm with you on the Protein Shakes being too sweet, plus they have such a "processed" taste! It seems like everything is sweet--yogurt, Jello, pudding, shakes.< /p>

I just keep thinking that it's just a temporary thing and so far it hasn't been too bad, just boring.

Try Carnation Instant Breakfast (Blue Box). If you are drinking a lot of other drinks like broth ir Soups don't worry about not getting in all your Water. I didn't either but I made sure I was getting enough liquids in not to dehydrate. Hope you are better today.
