Hello! I am Nicole and I was banded Aug 12 by Dr Joya in Puerto Vallart, Mexico. I live in Wa state. I have lost about 47lbs so far and have been at a plateau for about 1 month. Not sure what is going on....watching what I eat, working out definitly getting my H2O. Oh well, we all hit it at one point or another. It'll move again:) In the right direction.

Hi Nicole. Welcome to the boards. Sorry about the plateau, but you're correct.....we all get 'em at some point. You'll be back on track before ya know it. Good luck!
