Side pain while working out...

I have been banded two months now and started my workout routine last week. Sometimes when I am doing things it hurts in my right side, not really where my port is, further out near my side. I am definitely going to ask my surgeon about it when I get my fill next week, but thought I would see if you all think I'm doing too much, or if it is just my muscles tightening up. It doesn't hurt much after, just off and on during the work out and then a little for the hour after.

I get some abdomen pain on the right side when I push my heart rate really high and am out of breath - but focusing on normal breathing normally makes it go away. Sometimes I get pain in the port area if I twist wrong or sit in one position too long. Let us know what you find out!
