lalaredd 0 Posted December 10, 2008 Ive received my 3rd fill on this past Friday 12/5. For the past week when I ate it felt like a golf ball going down. Now today I called to get an unfill tomorrow. And just suddenly I ate some popcorn for snack this evening and it went down fine, but now I have this gurgling noise when I ate and drink now. Is this normal? Or am I just that sensitive to fills? Should I cancel the Dr. appointment?
Jachut 487 Posted December 11, 2008 Dont ask me how I know this, but I can still eat an entire LARGE popcorn at the movies by myself. And I can eat it fast. I have absolutely zero popcorn restriction. It goes down just like nothing, its the one thing I can eat like an unbnaded person. PS: I think our large is smaller than yours in America, lol, but its a fair amount. Like 7 or 8 cups worth at least. Dont guage your retriction by popcorn. Gauge it by solid food that's not mostly air.
jazie 0 Posted December 11, 2008 We went to the movies the day after my fill and I could not believe how easily the popcorn went down. This is my 5th fill and for the first time I have restriction. But popcorn? That was a surprise. jazie
peanutbubbamom 0 Posted December 11, 2008 popcorn is NOT the gauge to use, as the others have stated. I can eat popcorn like it's my job, and I have an awful lot of restriction right now. Really pay attention to what you're eating, how big your bites are and how much you're eating before deciding if an unfill is the answer!
