TQUAD64 9 Posted December 8, 2008 I have read threads on this forum in which people do take diet pills with the band. You can do a thread search with the topic "Diet Pills". I was on phen phen years ago and the phen and so many others. I personally, want to stay away from diet pills and the possible heart complications sometimes associated to them. RestlessMonkey 7 Posted December 8, 2008 The band is supposed to provide lasting weight loss, but pills are just "interim". You aren't going to take the pills forever; the ones on the market today aren't formulated or indicated for long-term use. If you are truly physiologically hungry because you don't have restriction, just be patient and give it time; it will work for you. If you are feeling "head" hunger, you need to find a long-term way to deal with it; perhaps some meetings with a therapist would help.
angcal26 2 Posted December 8, 2008 My view is that you should try your hardest to not take diet pills, stay natural, and talk to your doc about your hunger. I am hungry the week before my monthly friend (sorry guys) and do my best to not overeat. Just remember why you are where you are and how great you look and feel when you step on the scale and lose weight. Good Luck and just say "NO" to diet pills "Die"t pills that word isn't even good.
