EvanescenceFan 0 Posted December 6, 2008 Hello everyone! My name is Jeremy and this is my first post! I am in the process of finding out if I am eligible to get the Lap Band and am very excited. I am full of questions regarding what to do and what to expect, but for now I wanted to introduce myself.
