painful stomache cramps

I was banded 2 weeks ago with no real recovery problems. No i'm getting intermitent stomach cramps whether i'm hungry or not. Has anyone else experienced this and is it part of recovery and will pass?

I wonder if its just your tummy adjusting to the change. I know for me...my stomach couldnt tolerate the sugar free stuff. It gave me stomach cramps and diareah. :tongue2: good luck and i hope it gets better.

I was having trouble with Constipation and started getting stomach cramps especially after having Tomato Soup. I finally had to take sensoket s and felt better.

I'm also 2 weeks post -op and have been getting the cramps also - I think it's gas - it's always on my left side.

I'd be willing to bet that it's your body trying to heal it's self and I think it can also make your incisions hurt,the other possibilty is that it good be gas pains which I know are NOT fun after you have surgery.
