I'm just glad to know that it's not a requirement...I don't need the baggering and belittling.... the nurse did say I could set a phone appt if I wanted too. Of course, I bypassed that too. I just hit the treadmill for 46:13minutes have showered and I feel good. I have to eat my Jello as soon as it sets.... Okay so I have made arrangements for Wednesday and plan to come...If I am not too tired after work...I may even just go straight to Richmond at 3:30pm and go to Hilltop or something. I told Candra today I feel like screaming hehehehe..... Pam, I am in for the 16th I wanna try this low cal low fat cheesecake would that be ok???? Healthy I PROMISE. hehehehe. singand_dance 8 Posted January 5, 2010 Back from the movie (New Moon-so embarassed!). I'm back to journaling again, I know I totally let myself slide when I don't journal. I'm tired of this! I've regained more than I'd like to admit over the past few weeks. I've got to get this under control. I did an hour on the bike last night and I'm thinking I'll do about 30 min even though it's late. I also called to make another weight check appt. On 12/18 when I was a Kaiser last, I was 234.4 in the morning. I wish the Kaiser weigh in on Wednesday was in the morning, I might be closer to my 230 goal. Question - my surgery goal is 230. When can I call Liz to schedule my appointments with her and Robin? Do I have to wait until I hit 230? With the holidays over, I'm hoping this will happen very quickly. Zach's friend had a flight last night and I just dropped him at BART for an early flight from SFO to LAX. I'm going to really work those pounds off before he gets home on Sunday! Ok - 1200 calorie club... B. Muscle Milk Light = 160 calories L. 6 oz 93% fat free turkey burger - 1T Walden 0carb BBQ (192 calories) S. 1 stick of an Oh Yeah Protein Bar (110 calories- 7 protein) D. Fat Free Fage Yogurt, 1 apple, 1 muscle milk - 400 calories Looks like I'll need to add a few calories in there somewhere. Have a fun day everyone! Who's coming to the meeting tomorrrow night?? I am going to call my pcp to see if I can come weigh in on Thursday so I can email Doc Who to get my appointments scheduled.... I cant believe it!! Jess, I was watching the bachelor last night while I was at the gym and I totally agree those girls are so ditzy... a few of them seem like they are only there to boost their careers....UGH Lee- you are so close... isnt is awesome!!! keep rockin girl!! have a great day everyone with great chocies..... riley4183 0 Posted January 5, 2010 Good morning my beauties, my scale is SO up I totally overloaded on Carbs yesterday! Feels like PMS, And the BF's stupid cashews, I told him NO MORE. Also no more bringing me volcano nachos from taco bell - ugh, I have been bad bad bad and my scale is up up up. Strange how that correlates, LOL! I have continued to hit the gym every day tho, and my clothes are looser not tighter so that's all goo. BUT. I feel zero restriction most of the day, the first thing I eat in the morning is tight but none after that. If it doesn't come back this week I'm getting in for another fill. I felt good last week, and have gained weight back so my band should be tighter not looser, so I'm not sure what's going on!
