littlemissband 0 Posted January 15, 2009 Sunday- Rest Monday- 30 min treadmil at 5.5 or higher, 100 sit ups, 20 min Turbo Jam Tuesday- 30 min treamil at 5.5 or higher, 100 sit ups, 45 min Firm total body sculpt with 5 and 10 lb weights Alternate everyday except on Sundays.
