gentylwind 1 Posted November 29, 2008 Call your doctor and ask. Don't take advice from here about that.
TQUAD64 9 Posted November 29, 2008 Call your doctor and see if you can move forward to the next stage, but don't move to the next stage until he/she gives you permission to do so.
kerimezz77 0 Posted November 29, 2008 You can add me to that list too... I am so done with full liquids......... I have been really good.. I puree everything, and I am so tired of not chewing. There is just so much yogurt one person can take. I was told I could eat anything that had no lumps or bumps in it.... So I puree EVERYTHING!! I WANT FOOD...!! SO I know what you are thinking... and feeling! Keri
Cappy 0 Posted November 29, 2008 Would it be Ok to have some pureed vegetables or scrambled eggs as I am so sick of the liquid diet? I'm feeling your pain, Gilly! I just wrote about this on another post! I'm on day 6 of liquids and have another week to go....my restriction is so much less now and I'm getting hungrier faster...its getting so hard being around my family when they are eating....that's why I'm here right now, the smell of their KFC was killing me! Like everyone said, check with your doctor first...this is a crucial time for our stomaches and we need to heal properly. As much as it sucks, we don't want to mess up the band! LSF 264 Posted November 29, 2008 I agree to check with your doctor but mine has us adding mashed potatoes, applesauce and yogurt & creamed Soups by day 9. No eggs though - that comes with his 'soft food' stage. I can't wait to eat regular food again!
