I had my surgery on Tuesday of last week, Jan 22nd. Everything is going pretty well. I keep forgetting that I can't bend over without pain. Other than that, I am pretty much back to normal. Oh, and I can't sleep on my left side (where my port is).

My incisions are healing up quickly and as long as I don't bend over to pick something up, I am pain free.

Prior to surgery I have lost 35 pounds. I have not weighed in since surgery. I think I am going to wait until next week. That will be two weeks after surgery. I know I have lost, I can feel it. So that is great.
