Today, I hit (and crashed through) one of my goals. Today, November 25, 2008, I weigh 311... That is 59 pounds down since my July 25 surgery.

But with my pre-op diet, and earlier in the year weight loss attempts... that makes my loss at

:P101 POUNDS SINCE JANUARY 1!!!!!:thumbup:

I just wanted to shout for a second.
