Hello, i am in the process of lap band have been to therapist and doctor now to diet specialist, than insurance company for approval, i amkeeping mu fingers crossed..

Does the Optifast diet before surgery taste good.. Sure hope so.. If not any ideas on how to make it taste better..

I did not do the Optifast, so I can't help you there.

If you search the forums, I'm sure someone has talked about it before.
