MacMadame 81 Posted November 23, 2008 Be sure to take your pain meds and walk like crazy. That's all I know. Walking will help with the gas which can contribute to the pain.
Maggies 0 Posted November 23, 2008 I was banded on Oct. 29th and I feel great now. The only way I know I have the band is when I eat a little to much and I feel extremly full. And by to much I mean l little over a 1/2 a cup. I hope it stays this way, because I don't feel like I need a fill at this point. I am losing at a slow pace which I expected with my age. But that is OK, at least it is going in the right direction. So good luck to you and take each pound you lose and be grateful, at least its not a gain. genade 0 Posted November 23, 2008 I was also banded on 11/20 and my main source of pain is my incision where the port is. Other than that, I am starving. I feel like I am obsessed with food right now and I have not be nauseaed at all, so I am wondering if I can move onto full liquids? Any suggestions or information?
