How do you get the little progress tracker?

Hello all. I am 2 weeks post banding:thumbup: and just joining the forum today. I've seen severl of the posts, and they have been really helpful over the last couple of weeks. I see a little tracker showing starting weight and amount lost at the bottom of posts. How do you get that?

The first thing is to open a second bosser and go to WWW.tickerfactory.com make your choice of the type of ticker you would like. Once you have done this copy the ccbb. Come back to this site and at the top left you will see usercp, click on this and this will take you to your properties, find the section called user signature. Paste this in the word pad and you should see it at the bottom. I had to play around a little until I got it to work. I hope this works for you. Any question feel free to ask. Thank you so much. I had found and made the tracker, but couldn't get it to attach by adding the url to the space for them. pasting the code in text box was the secret.
