got my banding date

well i'm getting banded on aug. 3 and i'm very nervous.

At the same time i'm excited to get started. I turned 40

this year and i'm starting a new and heathier chapter in

my life. I'm afraid i won't be able to stick to the liquid diet

for the 3 weeks.
