Somewhere on here I had read something about eating with children's utensils since they are smaller and help take smaller bites of food.< /p>

Is that right?

My doc's nutritionist says that's a trick you can use if you want to.

I don't use children's utensils, but I did go online and ordered 6 of the prettiest salad plates that I could find. My meals look like much more on salad plates than they do on big dinner plates. I'm up for any tricks that help!! Good luck to you!!! Becky
