edel 0 Posted November 24, 2008 im down 2 lbs. 1 from last wk and 1 from the wk end. I dont have thanks giving over in ireland but i have my xmas party with my job on friday so that will slow my weight down for next wk. Im hoping to get another 7lbs off by xmas. I've been away delivering a series of conferences and although the food choices weren't great, I was too busy to really eat much of anything...and too afraid something would get stuck. tutornmom 1 Posted November 25, 2008 I was out of town for the past few days with my students and low and behold I lost 2 lbs this week. Pretty excited - I usually gain about 5 lbs when I go on these retreats! Hi Kristen, I would love to know how many fills you have had and what you eat.
