Hi, everyone. I had lapband surgery 3 weeks ago. It has been the biggest decision I have ever made. At first I regretted my decision to have the lapband but I know that my life and my weight has to change in order for me to live. Hope to have a success story in the future. You will have a success story in the future. I had lapband surgery on Oct. 1, by Dr. Nease at Cabell Huntington Hospital. I have lost 20.2 pounds as of 11-14-08, I had my first fill (3cc)on that day. I choose not to weigh myself very often...it's a me thing...if I don't see a loss each time-I get discouraged so I don't get weighed more than once a month. My clothes are getting baggy (Yeah!!). Good luck to you. I rarely get hungry, don't even think about food like I used to.
