Guene 0 Posted November 16, 2008 I haven't lost any weight in 3 weeks, I had my first fill, but I think it wasn't enough, so yesterday I called my Doctor and told him, will his nurse what was going on, she said I need a fill and I think I do too. I'm getting hungry in between meals and I've noticed I can eat more food then before. I really don't want to start getting bad habit's again, so I really need to go in for this one. I'm really angry at myself for not losing any weight for three weeks now. I've also noticed that I can eat almost anything and have no trouble with it going down. hpegg 0 Posted November 16, 2008 I feel what you are going through. I got my first fill two weeks ago and it was too tight so I have been on liquids and mushies for the last two weeks. I have lost only 4lbs and I feel frustrated that I am suffering through the liquids and not able to enjoy solid food and I still can't lose much weight. Hang in there!
trinidad83 0 Posted November 18, 2008 Same here. I go in day after tomorrow and I'm kind of embarrassed that I haven't lost any weight. I feel kind of ashamed to face my dr.
hpegg 0 Posted November 18, 2008 I know how you feel about the embarrassment but we really need to give ourselves a break. Even though we want to be poster patients, we really are human with good and bad days and I am sure you doctor has seen everything. Maybe he can help you pinpoint what you need to do to succeed more. Just remember, you have already lost 36 lbs and have not gained. Think positive! H
