This is my first participation on this website but I have been reading it for a couple of months. I have a surgery date of December 8 with the Kaiser Permanente system in South San Francisco. I have been working on this goal for almost a year, going to classes, getting tests, consultations, etc. and am excited that it is almost here. How do you guys get those cute weight loss graphs on the bottom of your posts?

Thank you. I went to their web site and picked a beautiful tulip one with a frog marker. Now I will go to the FAQ and try to get it connected with my user name.
