There's a forum divided by age groups. I know the fifties are pretty active, and there are quite a few sixties too!

Hi Horserider, Happy Birthday! I turned 60 Oct 25th and the lapband is my birthday present to me. I am a newbee here also. I get banded on Dec 18th. Good Luck to you! Keep us posted.

I just turned 62 on oct. 24 and am scheduled for surgery on nov 27.........am so thankful that i can read stuff on this forum.....so many crazy thoughts going on in my head....am going to Tijuana...looks like I'm the oldest
