How much/often are you working out?

I am TRYING to work out daily, but for one reason or another, it's more like 4 days a week... some times 5.

How do you do it? How often?

I can go swimming daily, but often can't make it. I usually swim 30-45 minutes, about once a week getting in 60 minutes. I'm not doing anything else.

I run between six and ten kilometres five days a week - probably a ten, two eight and two sixes per week.

I'll also walk 8kms about 3 times a week too.

Other than that, I just never sit down.

I am training for a half marathon and I walk 4 miles 3 times a week and then do either strength training, zumba, yoga or elliptical on 2 other days.

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
