bubblegum 0 Posted November 12, 2008 I just went to the Dr. yesterday for a fill and they did a barium swallow because I've only lost 7lbs since Jan. Come to find out I have a diated esophogas! I feel like such a loser. I obviously have been overeating and I also drink Water really fast which I guess is a no, no. So now they have taken Fluid out so my esophogas will heal. In the mean time I am eating soft foods and really trying to listen to my stomach signals so I'll know when I'm actually hungry. I'm frustrated because I don't think I know when I'm hungry. Does this make any since? Help!!

Does this make any since? Help!! I think its normal, its not easy:scared2: to understand our stomach signals, at least for me its not. I've only been band for 2 months now and I found it really hard to know when Im hungry or full, the only time in the day Im sure that Im not hungry is in the morning. Just do as you said, listen to your body and eat slow, take your time. Take care Julie
