Morning / Afternoon (depends on where you are geographically located :thumbup: )

I have a band fitted one month ago, I have managed to lose 7 kgs so far which im really really happy with. :laugh:

I had my surgery in spain at a private clinic in Marbella on the Costa del Sol. The paying of the surgery hurt far more than the actual key hole cuts in my tummy!
