can u lose weight in your vagina?

You know they had a thread about this very subject on the Plastic surgery post or it could have been from this post. All I know is I never thought about the appearance of my vajayjay being altered before I read that post. I guess because my big gut always obstructed my view of it... But my husband told me it's just fine.:(

ok first off, I giggled through reading this whole post. What a treat! I have actually started experiencing some sagging.. eeek.. I am absoloutely getting a mons lift along with a Tummy Tuck and some new girls since I went from a 46dd to right now I am a 38d. I still have 50 pounds left to lose but once that crap is gone I am getting new stuff to play with :tongue2: :rolleyes2:

these posts have cracked me up! thanks for responding and enLIGHTing me! yes, I mean the mons. I got into a conversation today with some other gals who are overweight. Then we got on the subject of shaving. I have WAY too many rolls, big boobs and other crap to pull up to get to "stuff" to shave it! and my legs, well its touch and go there...miss a lot of spots. I'm hoping when skinny I will be well shaven and no "hair tracks" where I missed! pootie and all! :)

Hey, Im sorry to bring it up, but im a big girl, 243 and havent had lp yet, just got my approval letter from doctore...but i have to wonder and I am very curious:blushing:, if all of this weight comes off with my vagina/labia get smaller? how do those models have smaller ones? is it because they are thin? I know-terrible subject but I am sure we all want to look good naked and thats one thing that I am so self concious of.

My husband says my "lips" are changing (getting longer & providing more coverage). I guess that skin had stretched upward to from being pulled by extra belly. :)

You can't "spot lose" weight because you gain and lose weight all over your body; it would make sense that even one's private parts will change with a large weight loss--they changed with a large weight gain, but we were so busy watching our Buns or boobs get bigger that we didn't pay much attention to the less obvious parts. I have noticed that there's a little "pillow" on top of my pelvic bone--it wasn't there when I first met my husband. The mechanics of female pleasure don't seem to be working quite so well for me at this heavier weight. Since reading this thread, I'm actually looking forward to possibly losing that little pillow--I'm not sure I need so much "cushion for the push'n"!

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
