After a year of waiting i'm finally being banded on the 15th of November! Having it done at St Richards in Chichester by by Mr John. I'm feeling quite tired at the moment as i've been following the milk diet for the past four days, suprisingly though i'm no where near as hungry as I thought I would be :(.

Would love to hear from anyone who's been banded at St Richards or by Mr John. Or anyone that has any words of advice really.
