Hi all ...

lets start our Running Weight loss forum

Post a message here with the amount of weight you've lost in your banding journey and I'll add it to the totals below.

I have a question. Is it the weight loss since surgery or since starting our lapband journey? If it's since starting... I'm 44 pounds.
