MellyB 0 Posted November 7, 2008 I start my pre-op diet on Monday, but I bought some Myoplex lite powder samples and made a shake today. I'm trying to get my ducks in a row so I'm not spending a fortune on stuff that I won't like. The Myoplex was so thick, it was like pudding. It was pretty good though, for future reference. I called my nutrionist and she said that I needed to go with the premade stuff and a different Protein supplement. I'm going to use this once a day and another Protein supplement twice a day. She said that she personally has used the Max Protein and several of her clients have used it and swear by it. Has anyone tried it?
Wendekm 0 Posted November 12, 2008 My dietician said that Max Protein is the best. I googled it and can't even find it online or on the GNC website but my friend had her surgery in September and they do have it at GNC. She said it is pretty good, both the chocolate and vanilla. My pre-op diet starts 12-2 and surgery on 12-12 Please keep me posted on your journey I would love to have updates from you! Wende
