I saw my dietitian today and she recorded my first official weightloss. So far I've lost 3.6 kilo/7.96 pound since I started the pre op diet and 1.8kilo/3.96 pound since surgery 10 days ago. That's equating to just under 1 kilo or 2.2 pounds a wee, which is recommended weight loss anyway. Doesn't sound like much, but I'm happy.

hey do it in lbs it will sound like more and you know with pcos its a slow process ..good luck keep it up im here if u need

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
