(trust me i need as much information as i can get) Im scared about this but i believe it will be a great change to have a healthy life style. There is a ton of information to look through on here. If you don't knowvery much about the band and are looking to research it, I'd suggest you start with the FAQ's. If you kinda know the basics of the band, then pick a forum that looks to be the most appropriate for your specific question. Good luck on your journey, and keep us all posted on how it's going!!
