annecolorgreen 0 Posted November 3, 2008 Do you use something online to track your nutrition/calories? If so, what? I started out using fitday.com and was pretty happy with it until I kept having to ADD new foods in that weren't in their database (lots). Then I found one at caloriecount.about.com and LOVED It because it had lots of things in the database already including EAS Protein drinks. Well, then I had a Vivanno from Starbucks and it wasn't in the database (other Starbucks drinks were) and you couldn't add it in like you could on the other site. What I would LOVE to find is one that has an extensive database, one that you can add or modify to it, and that would allow you to put in your recipe and it would give a breakdown. Am I asking too much? Thanks in advance! ~~anne
*slim* 2 Posted November 3, 2008 I am not sure how extensive the database is on this, but they do allow you to enter your recipes in and get the nutrition info from it. It is www.nutritiondata.com. I have only just started using it this week because it did allow the recipes. Good luck in finding the site that is right for you!
littlefroggy 0 Posted November 3, 2008 I use calorieking.com. It's a pay site but I like it because they will give me a breakdown of the Vitamins, Protein, minerals and everything. They also have thorough graphs, charts, etc. I love it and use it daily.

Ezma 2 Posted November 5, 2008 I use www.thedailyplate.com and it's amazing! The database is huge and you can add to it if you need. I've used it for about 8 months and have rarely had to add to it. It will also track you exercise and Water consumption.
