luluc 6 Posted November 4, 2008 - at this point I'm happy that I managed not to sedate myself with alcohol or comfort myself with food - it was a *hard* day! lisa, i cackled when i read this. technical mountain biking....do you do that on trails? hubby and i dropped our bikes off to be serviced - just found a lake near the gym that has trails - we use to LOVE biking. today - 2mile bike warmup 50min trainer session - all body workout, weights & resistance Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
