Guest BikiniBeachy Posted November 1, 2008 My gas pain was HORRIBLE the first week after surgery,but I thought it went away. Usually at night I have these heavy pains in my LOWER stomach, it changes depending on where I lay. I have posted about it before - but I have had to come to the conclusion that this HAS to been gas. Is it possible that it's 'trapped' gas three weeks out? If it was in my digestive system it usually moves out when I lay on my left side but it isn't going anywhere and I've had it for almost three days straight now. Think it still could be?
