Make sure to walk in September!

I went to my wife's support meeting last night( I know I'm such a nice guy:cheeky ), I found out about the walk for obesity going on in our area. I also found out that there are walks going on all over the country, so get your walking shoes out people.

I'm going to be in NY the day of the NY walk , I may do it, Im not sure yet but there are several others here who are participating in the NY walk in Sept.
