Anyone wanna do an exercise challenge,

Since most of us are off restriction on what we can do... does anyone wanna do a November exercise challenge? Like I hope to do 3000 steps on the wii fit 5 days a week for November. Which would total 60,000 steps. Anyone wanna join me? BTW I can do that in 30 minutes max. So it's a total of 600 minutes for a month, 10 hours.

i am still on restriction, but as soon as i am off...i would love to join your exercise challenge...good luck to those who can do it now...

Cool. I'm doing the wii fit for so many minutes a day... and the level I do it at it counts steps. So I made a step's goal.

I am up for the challange:redface: I am doing cardio six times a day and the wii fit for yoga and strength training three times a week, but I want to increase the time that I spend on the wii fit b/c it works out muscles that I haven't worked on for a LONG TIME! I am trying to learn to jog and am on the second week...I have to jog two minutes walk one minute, we will see how that goes tonight:confused: My body is definetly not use to jogging!!!!

I do it most nights, but did a jillian michaels dvd, and OUCH I'm a hurting unit. I took a few days off. :smile2:

What was the title of the DVD, I bet she kicked butt:tongue::tongue::tongue: I just went to the doctor for my second fill yesterday and have lost 45 lbs and my percentage of body fat went down 8 percent. I was so proud of myself and I know the weight lose has a lot to do with exercise:biggrin: I ended up being able to jog for 13 minutes yesterday ( I know not a huge number but I was never able to jog before) Thanks for motivating me to exercise more:thumbup::(:thumbup:

Well after doing that video, my port site was a bit sore. I thought nothing of it. I went to have a fill today, and was informed I had done to many tummy crunches and have torn my port loose. I won't be doing it for a while. But the name of the video is... Jillian Michael's 30 day Shred. It's a 3 stage workout.
