liteweighttrina 0 Posted October 30, 2008 OK girls. What's up wit this? I have lost quite a bit of inches but the freaking scale ain't moving much, at all! My legs are getting very small but my "dually tires" ain't much smaller, well i guess "they" are(my belly) but not fast enough for me.:w00t: I do crunches and stuff. any suggestions anyone??:w00t: Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I read a few fitness articles that say you cannot spot train with weight loss. It will come off where ever it wants to it has a biological order...just keep up the work and the scale will start to move again. Good luck and best wishes!
