Hello, my name is Kristy and I just joined this website yesterday. I also just found out yesterday that my insurance company approved my request for the lap band surgery, I am so excited!!! I found out today that my surgery date is November 18th, only 3 weeks away. I started a high Protein liquid diet today and it's going pretty good, but it's only been 12 hours :w00t: Kristy
